3. Payments & Refunds

1. Scope and Applicability

   This Refund Policy governs the terms and conditions under which any claim for a refund of fees paid to Blitz Academy shall be entertained. By enrolling in any program, course, or service offered by Blitz Academy, the student (hereinafter referred to as “the Participant”) expressly agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Voluntary Discontinuation

   1. In the event that a Participant voluntarily discontinues or withdraws from any course, training, or program, such discontinuation shall be at the sole risk and discretion of the Participant.
   2. Under no circumstances shall Blitz Academy be liable to refund any portion of the course fee, whether paid in full or in part, for voluntary discontinuation.

3. Non-Refundable Nature of Fees

   1. All fees paid to Blitz Academy, including but not limited to registration fees, application form fees, and counselling fees, are strictly non-refundable.
   2. This non-refundable policy shall apply irrespective of:
      • The commencement or non-commencement of classes
      • Participant’s failure to attend classes
      • Personal, professional, health, or financial reasons for withdrawal
      • Disputes or dissatisfaction with the course or its delivery

4. Binding Agreement

   1. The Participant acknowledges that the submission of fees constitutes full acceptance of this Refund Policy.
   2. No verbal or written communication from any staff member or representative of Blitz Academy shall be construed as a waiver or modification of this policy unless expressly stated in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Blitz Academy.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
